My ears only flip back occasionally, because I have up-ears. When they flip, Mommy gets very upset and flips them back right away. She says it hurts her just to look at them. Me, I don't care!
The ear flip is a time-honored statement of cool, however, not everydog can carry it off. You can, obviously, but Reilly needs a little more work. His ear looks a little too "studied" and not nearly nonchalant enough.
My ears flip back sometimes when I'm sleeping or if I just finished rolling. Uncle Sammi's ears are always up since they've been altered. He always looks alert.

ours don't do this very often because ours stick straight up in the air! you do look handsome regardless of the ear situation.
